How Not to Kill Your Blog

This is simple, if you want to kill your blog just don’t update it. It is going to be dead in few months.

The Literal meaning of Blog is a webpage that shows content in chronological order, newest content above.

But if you don’t keep up with it and don’t publish anything on the blog for months, people come to your blog and see that the last post was couple of month ago. They will have an impression that either the author is dead or he is married to a girl from another planet.

Do these things if you don’t have anything to write.

· Hire a writer for creating content, or
· Plan posts for the month or the week,
· Brainstorm and collect as many post ideas you can for the month.
· Write couple of articles in one sitting
· Post them with a schedule.
· If you get 30 articles in a month then post one daily or if you got 15 then post on alternate days
· Use Windows live Writer for publishing posts.

Let me tell you one thing that there is no need to update your blog regularly in order to keep it alive, it can still be live if you are active in Social media and talk about your blog there. There are many blogs which get updates once a week and get hell lot of traffic and make a decent about of money.

Your posts should have a quality and a take away lesson so that readers benefit from it and get curious to read more from you.
